Return Policy – BetterLifeHub
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
How does it work?
1️⃣ Send us an email at support@betterlifehub.com with your order number and a photo of the product in its original condition.
2️⃣ Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3️⃣ After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
⚠️ Important Notes:
• Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of defective products).
• Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the return is approved.
